- - 1 orange bell pepper, thinly sliced
- - 1 cup broccoli florets

- - 1/2 cup sliced mushrooms
- - 1/4 cup soy sauce
- - 2 tablespoons honey
- - 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
- - 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- - 1 teaspoon grated ginger
- - 1 clove garlic, minced
- - 2 tablespoons cornstarch
- - 2 tablespoons water
- - 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- - Cooked rice, for serving
Instructions:
- 1. Prepare the vegetables: Wash and slice all vegetables as specified in the ingredients list. Set aside.
- 2. Whisk the sauce: In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar, sesame oil, ginger, and garlic until well combined.
- 3. Make the slurry: In a separate small bowl, whisk together cornstarch and water until smooth. Set aside.
