Ingredients:

  • - 1 cup plain yogurt
  • - 1/2 cup mango chunks (fresh or frozen)

  • - 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup (adjust to taste)
  • - 1/4 teaspoon cardamom powder
  • - Pinch of saffron threads (optional, for color and flavor)
  • - Ice cubes
  • - 1 tablespoon rose water (optional)

Instructions:

  1. 1. If using frozen mango, let it thaw slightly at room temperature for about 10-15 minutes. This will make blending easier. If using fresh mango, ensure it's ripe and soft.
  2. 2. Combine the yogurt, mango chunks, milk, honey/maple syrup, cardamom powder, saffron threads (if using), and rose water (if using) in a blender.
  3. 3. Blend on high speed for 1-2 minutes, until the mixture is completely smooth and creamy. If the mixture is too thick, add a tablespoon or two of milk at a time until desired consistency is reached.
